Over the weekend, Tim McGraw fell off the stage mid-concert, but he handled it well and wasn’t hurt. He even took advantage of the fall to say hello to a few fans.

Video of Tim’s Boots In The Park performance captures the singer making a kneeling gesture as he approaches the end of a catwalk to acknowledge his guitarist who is in the middle of a solo. But as he stood up, he stumbled and briefly balanced on the edge of the stage before falling backward. Both front-row viewers and security seemed to be bracing for his fall.

Tim quickly recovered and started interacting with fans on the ground level.

The video has since gone viral, arousing numerous comments from viewers. A TikTok video with the caption, “when Tim McGraw’s bun-hugging jeans are too tight to get up. he just falls and greets the crowd,” received hundreds of comments, with one person writing, “but he’s still gorgeous… we were right there when he got back up!”

It’s not the first time the singer has fallen during a performance.

In 2016, according to Us Magazine, the popular American country singer lost his footing while performing at Nevada’s Harvey’s Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena. All I Want Is a Life” was the song the singer was singing at the time. A few seconds later, he stood back up and continued singing.

The 55-year-old has a few more shows lined up in October; his next appearance will be at Boots & Brews in Ventura, California.

Later in the evening, McGraw asked Dustin Lynch and Ryan Hurd to join him on stage as he performed I Like, I Love It, one of his most well-known songs.

Lynch posted a video of the event to Instagram, expressing his joy at once again performing on stage with McGraw.

“Singing another with one of my heroes @thetimmcgraw . Keep chasing those dreams y’all,” he wrote.
