Tina Ambani remembers Dhirubhai Ambani on his birth anniversary, see pics

Wife of Anil Ambani,
and former actor, Tina Ambani recently took to Instagram to share an old family
portrait that includes Dhirubhai Ambani, Kokilaben Ambani, Anil Ambani and Tina
Ambani.

Tina Ambani shared
the smiling portrait to pay tribute to her father-in-law, Dhirubhai Ambani, on
his birth anniversary. She said how “magnanimous, gentle, and generous” he was,
and how his teachings helped the family. She added that she missed him,
especially now that her son, Anmol Ambani was embarking on a new journey in
life.

The Instagram post
has garnered nearly 6,000 likes. Tina Ambani also shared a photograph of Anmol
as a child with his grandfather Dhirubhai Ambani.

Jai Anmol Ambani is
the eldest child of Tina and Anil Ambani. According to media reports, he recently
got engaged to Khrisha Shah. Anmol, who turned 30 this year, celebrated his
birthday with his fiancé and close friends and family. The engagement news
broke out after Anmol’s friends shared pictures from the birthday while
congratulating the couple. Tina Ambani’s niece Antara Motiwala Marwah shared an Instagram story of the duo. Armaan Jain, a close friend of Anmol also wrote,  “Congratulations
Anmol and Khrisha! Love you both.” 

Dhirajlal Hirachand
Ambani, popularly known as Dhirubhai Ambani, was the founder of Reliance
Industries and one of India’s most influential tycoons who changed the
country’s industrial landscape forever.

His humble beginnings
included being brought up by his parents in a small village. At 17, he began
his career as a clerk and wrote the biggest rags-to-riches story of the
country.

He married Kokilaben
Ambani in 1955, and the couple had four children namely, Mukesh Ambani, Anil
Ambani, Deepti Salgaonkar and Nina Kothari.

In 1986, the
patriarch handed over his company to his sons. Reliance became the first Indian
company to be featured in the Forbes 500 list.

On July 6, 2002,
Dhirubhai Ambani died, succumbing to a stroke, at the age of 69.
