The Pakistan Cricket Board on Wednesday banned the Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise owners from sitting in their respective dugouts during matches, Pakistan’s Geo News reported quoting sources. This came after newer SOPs were implemented after three people, including two foreign players, tested positive for COVID-19.

The
PCB confirmed on Tuesday that three individuals, including two foreign players
and a member of the support staff, tested positive for the virus.

have tested positive”, PCB Media Director Sami ul Hasan Burni was quoted by Geo
TV as saying in a press conference.

The
official further highlighted that the three infected persons were separated
from the rest and were going through quarantine at a different floor of the
hotel.
