Anger issues and anger management has become some commonly used terms these days. This is mainly due to the stressful lifestyle and unhealthy competition that affects an individual’s mental health in a way that makes him frustrated and short-tempered. While feeling angry all the time is not good for your health, the first step to working towards it is understanding that it is okay. There is nothing wrong with being stressed but one certainly needs to work on these issues to ensure a healthy mental state.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)

Most often, this so happens that a person feels the constant urge to stick to a schedule, routine and the inability of it can lead to aggression and extreme frustrations.

Depression

Alcohol 

Many people while consuming alcohol, forgets the limit between leisure and addiction, which leads to unhealthy consumption of liquor. According to experts, drinking too much can lead to excessive aggression. Alcohol consumption and taking unnecessary drugs can deprive you of your ability to think clearly and with rationality.

Bipolar disorder

Another serious mental condition that takes time to identify and is sometimes left untreated, bipolar disorder can cause dramatic shifts in your mood and personality. People dealing with this disorder may experience bouts of anger and rage.
