Alia Bhatt’s birthday celebration postponed after boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor tests positive for COVID-19

Actor Alia Bhatt is going to turn 28 on March 15 and had some special plans to celebrate her birthday with boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, according to media reports. However, Ranbir Kapoor has tested positive for coronavirus and this was shared by his mother Neetu Kapoor on Instagram.
Alias birthday celebrations have also been postponed to a later date, reported the Times of India.
She shared a post on Instagram and wrote, ‘Thank you for your concern and your good wishes. Ranbir has tested positive for Covid-19. He is on medication and recovering well. He is in self quarantine at home and following all precautions.’ ?
The couple will be seen together in an upcoming movie ‘Brahmastra’ written and directed by Ayan Mukerji that was earlier going to release on December 4, 2020 put had to be pushed forward due to the pandemic.

Alia Bhatt got her routine coronavirus test done as well during shooting for Gangubai Kathiawadi. However, director of the movie Sanjay Leela Bhansali was tested positive after the coronavirus test, while Alia tested negative.
