Maha Nand Singh of CPI(ML)(L) has won the Arwal constituency in 2020 state assembly election. Arwal is a legislative constituency in Bihar assembly as well a district in the state. Arwal belongs to the Jehanabad parliamentary constituency of the Lok Sabha. Ravindra Singh of RJD had defeated BJP’s Chitranjan Kumar in 2015 Bihar Elections by 17,810 votes. Kumar was MLA from Arwal before Singh. The Arwal assembly constituency comprises Kapri, Kaler and Alwar community development blocks.
