India records 13,823 cases of COVID-19; 162 deaths in 24 hours

The COVID-19 tally of India touched 1,05,95,660 on Wednesday after13,823 new cases of coronavirus were recorded in the last 24 hours, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said.
From the COVID-19 disease,162 people died in India on Tuesday, taking the death toll from the pandemic in the nation to 1,52,718.
There are currently 1,97,201 active cases of COVID-19 in India while 1,02,45,741 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection till now.
