A video of healthcare workers, in PPE kits, showing off their dance moves along with the COVID-19 patients has gone viral on the internet. The video from the Nesco COVID-19 centre in Mumbai’s Goregaon was shared by news agency ANI and the event was organised on June 2 to mark one year of operations of the centre.
The video has 144.4k views and was retweeted by over 15,00 users.

The professionals can be seen dancing to a Marathi song, ‘Zingaat’, from the film ‘Sairat’.
Meanwhile, Mumbai on Thursday reported 961 new COVID-19 infections and 27 death on Thursday.
The financial capital of the county reported less than 1,000 coronavirus infections for the fourth day in a row.
Maharashtra was the worst-affected states in the country, reporting over 40,000 coronavirus cases in April.
India reported over 3 lakh cases in April and May, crippling the healthcare system in the country. There were reports of oxygen shortage and live-saving drugs across Delhi and Maharashtra. Over 40 people lost their lives due to shortage of oxygen in the national capital.
Though the new infections are dipping now, the Centre is ramping its vaccination programme to inoculate the adult population by the end of this year. India is currently using three COVID vaccines, including Covishield, Covaxin and Sputnik V.
