In another worrying development, two women publishers from Pune tested positive for COVID-19 after attending a literary meet, in Nashik, Maharashtra, with thousands in attendance for the three-day event from December 3 to 5. Officials say they have begun tracing those who came in contact with the two women amid concerns that several attendees and dignitaries at the literary event had flouted Covid guidelines, by not wearing masks or maintaining social distancing, at times.
