Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed the nation in his 76th ‘Mann ki Baat’, where he said to deal with the crisis of COVID-19 in the past, he had a long discussion with experts from different sectors like pharma industry, oxygen production etc.

– The country’s doctors and health workers are waging a colossal battle against coronavirus. Over the past one year, they have undergone varied experiences, PM Modi says, as he talks to several experts in the field
– PM Modi talks to Dr Shashank from Mumbai. Dr Shashank says that for treatment of mild COVID, oxygen, pulse and fever is monitored. In case, fever increases, people can take medicines like Paracetamol and contact their doctors
– PM Modi talks to Dr Nawid Nazeer Shah, who says that they have not found any side effects so far in those who got vaccinated against COVID-19
– I urge people to not fall prey to any rumour about vaccine. You all must be aware that Govt of India has sent free vaccine to all State Govts. All people above 45 yrs of age can benefit from this. From May 1st, vaccines will be available for every person above 18 years of age, says PM Modi
