After responding to a Twitter user who complained about a pilot because he had a “Let’s Go Brandon” sticker on his luggage on Saturday, American Airlines (AA) became viral.

A Twitter user who has since made her account private took a photo of the sticker and forwarded it to the airline, asking if “cowardly rhetoric on their crew luggage when they’re in uniform” is acceptable.

“We are not the only passengers who noticed and were disgusted,” the user continued.

“Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we want to get this to the right team. Please DM any additional details,” AA’s official Twitter account reacted to the user’s public complaint.

The user then claimed to have received direct messages from airline representatives, who promised her that her complaints had been passed to the appropriate authorities for internal examination.

In response to a direct message from a Twitter user accusing the pilot of showing political propaganda encouraging insurgency against the US government, AA replied, “We take this very seriously and have sent this over to crew leadership. They will handle this internally after review. We assure you appropriate internal review will occur.”

On Twitter, the complaint was welcomed with mockery from other people.

“Hope he and everyone else gets a raise for having to deal with Karen passengers such as this one,” journalist Mollie Hemingway tweeted.

Christina Pushaw, the press secretary for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, tweeted, “This pilot deserves a raise for dealing with entitled Karens while doing his job.”

“Don’t fire your pilots for being conservative or criticising Biden,” Pushaw continued.

“Why are you responding to this bully? Stand with your employee, not internet trolls like Dana,”  Columnist Rita Panahi stated.

“You don’t need to do anything…” Matt Vespa, a senior editor at Townhall, advised the airline.

According to The Dallas Morning News, American Airlines made waves in 2020 when it permitted crew workers to wear “Black Lives Matter” pins. Some employees were said to be dissatisfied since the corporation did not provide a similar choice for those who wished to show support for law enforcement.

American Airlines did not reply to a request for comment from Fox News right away.
