“We want to be compliant, we want to follow the rules,” said Gio Cruz, owner of Ducky’s Sports Bar.

Talking about the security measures he undertook for the Super Bowl night, Cruz told Myhighplains.com, “We have security, we have cops here. We offer free COVID testing.”

“If people are walking around, when they are walking around and not eating or drinking, we tell them you have to put on your mask,” he added.

The sports bar owner said making sure his customers are safe, happy, and healthy was a big concern on Super Bowl night.

Although the coronavirus pandemic has hit the restaurant industry hard, Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the game would be a huge boost for the business.
