The alert asks to be on the lookout for a black four-door 2014 pickup with licence plate 1-36929. The truck is outfitted with a lift kit and Star Wars stick figures in the back.
James Warren Martin, a 5-foot-10-inch, 260–300 pound man who is 36 years old, has reportedly kidnapped a 14 year old girl from Wyoming.

Who is Gracelyn Pratt
Gracelyn Pratt, 14 years old, is believed to have been kidnapped. She is described as being 5-foot-1-inch, 109 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen sporting a white undershirt, black leggings, and brown knee-high boots with a black zip-up jacket. She is thought to be with James Warren Martin, according to the alert.

Anyone with information should dial 911 or 307-235-8278 for the Casper Police Department. Casper police say Pratt is the subject of a runaway report received from her legal guardian on November 16, who stated she did not return home from school.

According to a detective working on the case, Pratt “had been in long-term communication with an adult family acquaintance identified as Martin.” According to police, the two were seen together in the days leading up to Pratt being reported as a runaway. Martin is suspected of interfering with the legal custody of a minor child, according to police.
