Two people have been taken to the hospital following a shooting late Thursday night at Harvey Lane in Bristol, Virginia. The suspect is still at large, police said, as per local media reports.

“SHOOTING: Police say 2 people have been taken to the hospital and a suspect is still at large following a shooting late Thursday night. Officers are on the scene of Harvey Lane in Bristol, Va,” Kristen Quon of the WCYB tweeted.

“Capt. Maynard Ratcliff advises people who live nearby to lock doors and shelter in place out of an abundance of caution,” the anchor added.
