Jaryd Wilson, social media director at Bleav, had tweeted that his brother Jake Mazanke and squad are going to attend the Chicago Bears vs Atlanta Falcons game in ‘Bears’ sweaters and black glasses. They were spotted in the Mercedes Benz Stadium, in Atlanta on Sunday.

The crew dressed as an ex-Bear tight end and the team’s coach Mike Ditka who won the Super Bowl with the team in 1985 and was twice selected as the Coach of the Year.

Jake Mazanke currently serves as the Vice President of Communications at Homeward, a modern home finance company that assists real estate agents and their clients in overcoming traditional mortgage limitations.

Ditka was famous for wearing the Bears Sweaters along with sunglasses on his eyes and carrying a mustache.

Who is Mike Ditka?

Mike Ditka is a former American football player, coach, and television analyst. He is a five-time Pro Bowler and a six-time All-Pro tight end for the Chicago Bears, Philadelphia Eagles, and Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League.

He won an NFL championship with the Bears in 1963 and is a three-time Super Bowl champion, having won as an assistant coach for the Cowboys in Super Bowl XII and coaching the Bears to victory in Super Bowl XX. He was named to the NFL‘s All-Time 75th and 100th Anniversary Teams.

From 1982 to 1992, he was the Bears’ head coach and was named both the AP and UPI NFL Coach of the Year twice (1985 and 1988). From 1997 to 1999, he was also the head coach of the New Orleans Saints. Only Ditka and Tom Flores have won an NFL championship as a player, an assistant coach, and a head coach.

Ditka purchased the X League, a women’s tackle football league that was formerly known as the Lingerie Football League, in 2020.

He goes by the moniker “Iron Mike,” which he attributes to his upbringing in a steel town in Pennsylvania.
