Pariksha Pe Charcha: PM Modi invites students, teachers for virtual interactive session in March

‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’, Prime Minister
Narendra Modi’s annual interaction with students, is set to return in March in a virtual avatar in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Prime Minister,
in this event, will be talking to students from classes 9 to 12, with questions
being invited through the ‘MyGov’ platform for the session, PTI reported.

“As our brave #ExamWarriors
start padding up for their exams, ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha 2021’ returns, this time
fully online and open to students all over the world. Come, let us appear for
the exams with a smile and without stress! #PPC2021,” tweeted the handle
of PMO India.

In the February episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’,
Modi highlighted that sufficient sleep and physical activities were also required
for a focussed run-up to the exam season.

“On popular demand, ‘Pariksha Pe
Charcha 2021’ will also include parents and teachers. It’ll be a fun filled
discussion on an otherwise serious subject. I call upon my student friends,
their amazing parents and hardworking teachers to take part in #PPC2021 in
large numbers,” Modi said on Sunday.

With registrations for the event getting
underway on Thursday, students who will get to ask questions will be selected
through a competitive process.

Registrations will close on March 14.

The first edition of ‘Pariksha Pe
Charcha’ was held on February 16, 2018 in Delhi’s Talkatora stadium.
