A 30-second teaser of the upcoming Fast and
Furious 9 was played during the Super Bowl, following which it made rounds on
the internet. Director Justin Lin shared an interesting trivia, hinting into the effort
that went during the making of the film.

The 30-second clip included a shot of a car
being thrown into a store and covering the entire area to smash into a passing
truck. Lin took everyone behind-the-scenes, exhibiting how the stunt was performed
in reality.

Work from over a hundred of the most dedicated and talented crew. Best job in
the world!,” he wrote.

‘Fast
and Furious 9’ was originally supposed to hit the theatres in 2020, but the
coronavirus pandemic pushed the release date ahead by almost a year. Currently,
it is expected to release in May, 2021 though the teaser does not show any
concrete date for release.

Vin
Diesel shared the news of the film in January 2020 on Twitter.

“We’re
getting closer…,” Diesel wrote.

Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, Sung Kang, Helen Mirren, and Charlize Theron, and
