Kartik Aryans replacement from ‘Dostana 2 ‘ will cost Rs 20 crore to Dharma Production

Kartik Aryan, who was supposed to play the lead role in ‘Dostana 2’ is no longer a part of the film. On Friday, Dharma Production released a statement that they will be recasting ‘Dostana 2’.

Kartik Aryan has been replaced from Dostana 2 for his unprofessional behaviour, according to several media reports. 

As per the source from the production team, Kartik Aryan has already shot for 20 days of Dostana 2 and now the film has to start from scratch. This will cost the maker of the film a huge amount of Rs 20 crore.

As per PeepingMoon.com, Karan Johar’s Dharma Production has vowed not to work with Kartik again.

Meanwhile, the Dharma production released an official statement and said, “ Due to unprofessional circumstances, on which we have decided to maintain a dignified silence-we will be recasting Dostana 2, directed by Collin D’Cunha. Please wait for the official announcement soon.”
