Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar has caught the eye of netizens for wishing the Women’s Indian hockey team instead of the Men’s Team for winning the bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics. On Thursday, the Men’s Hockey Team won the bronze medal at the Olympics.

Many Bollywood stars congratulated the team for the big win. However, Farhan congratulated the Indian women’s hockey team instead of the Men’s team.

Later, Farhan deleted the tweet and shared a new tweet in which he congratulated the Men’s Hockey Team but seems that was too late. Some of the social media users took the opportunity to take a screenshot of his previous tweet before he deleted.

Social media users slammed Farhan for his blunder in the comment section.
