Money Heist season 5: Where is Sofia?

One of the more popular characters on the show, Sofia is Marseille’s ferret, known for fooling the police by leading them on a wild chase. Fans have not seen Sofia since season 3 and one wonders if she will be featured in the last season of the show.

 Once
Rio has been reunited to the group, she aids the thieves. To deceive Alicia
Sierra and Luis Tamayo, she is handed Rio’s monitoring and surveillance chip
and dispatched into the tunnels beneath the Bank of Spain with it. When the
cops are able to locate her, she is apprehended.

Sofia was discharged into the sewers under the Bank
of Spain through a pipeline. Actually, the Ministry of Investment is where it’s
filmed, the Bank of Spain is in Cibeles Square, and the series’ location is in
Castellana Avenue, directly close to the Nuevos Ministerios metro station, but
that’s beside the point; let’s pretend she walks into the sewers of the actual
Bank of Spain.

They discover Sofia believing they are the robbers in
the series, so we may presume she is safe. Probably sent to a facility that
cares for animals; Viewers doubt we’ll see her again, but anything is possible.

Unfortunately, It was not possible  to locate a map of the Canal’s sewers across
the province, therefore It was impossible to predict when or where Sofa will
travel; we would not be able to predict even if we had a map. But we do know
that these sewers lead to treatment plants, where the water is cleansed by
chemical treatment.

We
have several options Sofía gets out of the water in the cloacas and
manages to live there from whatever the water brings, she dies there failing to
find food, a worker finds her and rescues her, she keeps going in the water
until a treatment plant and dies there, she keeps going in the water until a
treatment plant and someone in the control centres notices her and manages to
take her out.
