‘No Fun’ Angie
Jakusz, a popular contestant on the CBS show ‘Survivor: Palau’,
died on January 8 in New Orleans, according to news reports.
She was suffering
from cancer and passed away at the age of 40.
Jakusz lived in San
Francisco and New York before shifting to New Orleans.
Jakusz was cast on ‘Survivor:
Palau’ in 2005, when she was working as a bartender. Her colourful tattoos caught
everyone’s eyes immediately.
She entered the show with low expectations, but
ended up winning a lot of hearts. She survived several tribal councils before
she was eliminated.

She was last seen at
the show’s 10-year anniversary party in 2010.
She is survived by her husband, Steven
Calandra, her parents, a brother, niece and nephew.
