‘The Rocks been lying’: Joe Rogan alleges Dwayne Johnson uses steroids

Podcast host Joe Rogan has launched an attack on Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, claiming that the former WWE star has been taking steroids, and that is the only reason he can be so bulky even at the age of 50.

Rogan’s claims come after Liver King, whose real name is Brian Johnson, admitted to using steroids after he was exposed by the YouTube channel More Plates More Dates. Rogan had earlier claimed on his channel that he believed Liver King was a steroid user. After the exposé, Johnson admitted to taking steroids and apologised on his own YouTube channel about lying to his followers.

When Rogan made these claims about Johnson, he was talking on his podcast with Derek, the same guy who had busted the Liver King’s claims of being “all natural”.

“The Rock should come clean right now,” Rogan said regarding the former WWE champion, further adding, “He should make a video in response to the ‘Liver King’ video. I need to talk to you because The Rock’s been lying. There’s not a f—ing chance in hell he’s clean. Not a chance in hell. As big as The Rock is, at 50? He’s so massive, and he’s so different than he was when he was 30.”

While Rogan admitted that he does not think “there’s anything wrong with taking hormone replacement”, he said that if someone as influential as the Rock is taking steroids, “There’s a responsibility you have to people who are listening to you.”

Rogan has also made claims that former UFC champion Conor McGregor has been taking steroids after his injury in 2021. He has accused DC and Marvel of forcing their stars to take steroids.
