Michael Jackson’s ex wife Debbie Rowe recently made a revelation on how she stood by as Dr. Arnie Klein unethically prescribed dangerous drugs to him. According to her, she was “partly to blame” for Michael Jackson’s death in 2009.
Rowe will appear in the new documentary titled TMZ Investigates: Who Really Killed Michael Jackson. In an interview, she stated that she felt that she had not done enough during Jackson’s addiction years. The documentary essentially will show the final months of Jackson’s life and his battle with drug addiction.
Rowe recounted, “I should have done something and I didn’t. There are a number of people that died from addictions and in some way I was a part of it.”
Who was Michael Jackson?
Michael Joseph Jackson was born on August 29, 1958. Popularly known as the King of Pop, Jackson was a singer, dancer, songwriter and also a philanthropist from America. He is widely known as one of the most popular cultural icons of the world in the twentieth century. He was always in the limelight on account of his captivating talent as a singer, dancer and songwriter and his widely publicized personal life. Jackson is an inspiration to the youth and aspiring dancers across the world till date. He came up with a number of new forms of dance moves like the moonwalk and the robot.
Moonwalk is a dance move in which the dancer glides backwards while their body movements suggest forward motion. The move gained worldwide fame when Jackson incorporated that in his performance of Billie Jean on Motown 25: Yesterday, Today, Forever in 1983.
The Robot, also known as mannequin or dance machine is a street dance style where one imitates a robot or a mannequin. This dance form also gained popularity after Michael Jackson used it in his performance of Dancing Machine.
Controversies
Jackson was involved in a number of controversies during his lifetime. He was the subject of speculation and controversy mostly due to his appearance, relationships and his way of life. In 1993, Evan Chandler, a dentist and screenwriter from Los Angeles, accused the King of Pop to have had sexually abused his 13-year-old son Jordan Chandler. The allegations had a negative impact on Jackson’s public image and commercial standing.
However, in spite of them, he is one of the best-selling artists of all time. He was the recipient of a number of awards including 15 Grammy Awards and 6 Brit Awards.

Thriller
Thriller is Jackson’s sixth studio album which was released in November 1982. This one became Jackson’s first number-one album on the US Billboard Top LPs and Tapes chart. His legendary music career is celebrated to this day.
Jackson got married twice. His first marriage was with Lisa Marie Presley from 1994 to 1996. Then, he got married to Debbie Rowe in 1996 with whom he parted ways in 1999.
Jackson is the father of three children—Paris Jackson, Michael Joseph Jackson Jr., and Prince Michael “Blanket” Jackson.
