Masala Oats
Masala oats literally take 7-10 minutes to prepare and are available in the market from Rs 10 to 200 depending upon the quantity. All you have to do is build some water, pour oats into it, add your favourite spices like chillies, pepper, and maggie masala.
You can also add veggies to it, fry onion, capsicum, carrot, beans, and peas in a separate pan, and add those into the mixture. Masala oats are not just tasty but excellent for digestion as it is rich in fiber.

Sweet yogurt
This is one of the most refreshing and healthy work snacks, especially in this scorching summer. All you have to do is take some yogurt (can be prepared at home too) add some sugar to it and you are good to go.
However, if you are one of those who love to experiment, this is a perfect snack for that. You can add honey, chocolate syrup, or Kesar into the mixture. If not that, adding fruits like strawberries, grapes, and cherries will make it sure tasty and fun
Roasted chickpeas
All the Chola lovers who can’t cook, this one’s for you. Roasted chickpeas are one of the best and tangy snacks you can prepare at home. And the best part- it is much healthier. A 1/2 cup of chickpeas has 5 grams of fiber and 10 grams of protein and most of the amino acids your body needs.
All you have to do is take cooked or canned chickpeas and roast them in a preheated and then fry the chickpeas with olive oil and favourite spices.
