weather can be a major reason for your body to feel dehydrated. If not treated
well on time, chronic dehydration could be fatal. It also disrupts metabolic
processes and can affect all organs of the body.
Banana
Bananas are
easily available and are a favourite of many. The fruit helps in regaining the
potassium in the body, which is lost during dehydration. You should consume
banana before doing any intense physical activity.

Buttermilk
Buttermilk,
commonly-known as chaach is not just a rich source of minerals but is also a
natural probiotic. It gives the body the required magnesium and potassium,
which gets depleted when you sweat excessively. You can have buttermilk two to
three times a day to combat dehydration.
Chamomile
Considered
as a great re-hydrating agent, Chamomile is an analgesic and de-stressing herb.
It helps in replacing the fluids lost due to dehydration. Just take two to
three dried camomile flowers or tea and soak/mix it in hot water for at least
1- minutes before straining it. You can have two to three cups of camomile tea
every day.
ORS
One of the
easiest ways to keep your body hydrated is to consume homemade ORS. All you’ll
need is a half teaspoon of salt, six teaspoons of sugar, and three cups of
water. Mix it all well until the salt and sugar get dissolved completely. Have
at least three liters of this solution every day.

Asparagus
It helps the
body to retain fluids, thereby preventing dehydration. Asparagus is rich in
fiber that stimulates the absorption of water in the body. That’s not all, it
helps in cooling down the body temperature.

to stay hydrated!
