The 15-second Instagram video demonstrates what goes into making this exotically strange fusion sweet. In a large pan, a sugar syrup base is first made and mixed with what appears to be Mawa (or dry milk).

A large amount of Bournvita is added to the paste and thoroughly mixed until the consistency and appearance change dramatically. The video shows the confectioner generously sprinkling dry fruits and pouring ghee before the final product appears.
