Gold, silver and other metal prices on November 3, 2021
- Gold futures were trading at Rs 47485.00 per 10 gm
- Silver futures were trading at Rs 63106.00 per kg
- Platinum was down -0.14% to $1,039.50 while palladium gained 0.45% to $2,023.50
Gold prices on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) decreased marginally on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. Gold futures were trading at Rs 47485.00 per 10 gm, down 137 points or -0.29%, in the Indian market. In global markets, gold was priced at $1,781.15 per oz.

Platinum was down -0.14% to $1,039.50 while palladium gained 0.45% to $2,023.50. Silver futures were trading at Rs 63106.00 per kg, down 117 points or -0.19% while the spot silver rate today is Rs 64,600 per Kg. The spot gold was priced at Rs 47525 per 10 gram on MCX.

Gold has struggled this year after hitting a record high of Rs 56,200 in 2020 as the dollar strengthened on hopes of a swift economic recovery as Covid vaccination picked up the pace.

Global equity markets also retreated today as investors grew increasingly concerned about a growing energy crisis and spiking inflation. Separately, Brent crude oil fell -0.33% to $83.44 per barrel.

Copper futures were trading at Rs 743.90 up 0.35% while Nickel and Aluminium futures were trading at Rs 1508.10 and Rs 217.40 per Kg respectively on MCX.
