Ram Gopal Varma, a renowned filmmaker supporting Aryan Khan said that the case has exposed agency inefficiency.

His tweet read – “The only good thing which came about in the Aryan Khan case is it being a celebrity’s son case. It helped in vastly exposing the inefficiency and recklessness of various agencies subjecting innocent people to harassment which otherwise the common people can’t and won’t know of.”

Aryan was arrested and held in jail for nearly three weeks in October 2021 after being accused of drug possession and his bail request had been denied for a long time.

Sameer Wankhede led the first investigation team in the Aryan Khan case.

After SRK’s son was cleared, the Narcotics Control Bureau’s Deputy-General stated that there was an error in the initial investigation, which was led by Sameer.
