Last week, the actor, on the other hand, tested positive for covid-19. Sonnalli announced the news on her Instagram account, stating that this is the first time she has tested positive for the virus since the epidemic began in 2020. Wheel posture, also known as Chakrasana or Urdhva Dhanurasana, has a variety of health advantages. It benefits the arms, legs, spine, abdomen, glutes, and thighs by stretching the shoulders, hip flexors, and core muscles. It also strengthens the arms, legs, spine, belly, glutes, and thighs. Chakrasana also assists in opening the chest and enhancing spinal flexibility.
