Detergent ad? Kohli and Williamson’s whites crack up the internet

India will face New Zealand in the final of the ICC World Test Championship, beginning on Friday. Virat Kohli and Kane Williamson will lock horns in a bid to win their first ICC trophy as captain.

While rain overcast, cracks on the pitch, stats and predictions dominated most of the discussions on the internet, it was the team jerseys that made netizens drool. A picture posted by BCCI on Thursday featured both the skippers – Williamson and Kohli – posing on a stadium balcony with the Test mace in the background.

“SEE. YOU. TOMORROW!” BCCI’s tweet read. 

However, what caught the attention of Twitter users was not the beautiful view or the Test mace, it was the whiteness of Kohli and Williamson’s jerseys.
