While rain overcast, cracks on the pitch, stats and predictions dominated most of the discussions on the internet, it was the team jerseys that made netizens drool. A picture posted by BCCI on Thursday featured both the skippers – Williamson and Kohli – posing on a stadium balcony with the Test mace in the background.

However, what caught the attention of Twitter users was not the beautiful view or the Test mace, it was the whiteness of Kohli and Williamson’s jerseys.
