The Detroit Lions have taken a significant step in shoring up their quarterback lineup by signing veteran QB Teddy Bridgewater. The news, reported by NFL insider Ian Rapoport, comes after weeks of talks between Bridgewater and the Lions. While the contract details are yet to be disclosed, the move signals the team’s determination to strengthen their backup quarterback position.
Bridgewater, a seasoned nine-year veteran, brings a wealth of experience to the Lions. He last served as the backup to Tua Tagovailoa for the Miami Dolphins.
