NFL 2022: Week 15 waiver wire targets

  • D.J. Chark received six of seven targets for 94 yards and a touchdown on Sunday
  • Chuba Hubbard rushed 14 times for 74 yards and a touchdown
  • Marquise Goodwin caught five of his six targets for 95 yards

D.J. Chark and Zay Jones are two of the top waiver wire pickups for Week 15 of the 2022 NFL season. While the Detroit Lions WR has seen 18 targets in the past three games, the Jacksonville star recorded eight receptions for 77 yards on Sunday.

Several injuries and standout rookie performances were major influencers for Opoyi’s week 15 waiver wire list. We’re providing the priority order in which to target players as well as suggestions for how much of your Free Agent Acquisition Budget (FAAB) to use.

D.J. Chark  (Recommended FAAB: 7% of overall budget) 

The Detroit Lions WR continued his hot streak against the Minnesota Vikings by receiving six of seven targets for 94 yards and a touchdown. He has seen 18 targets in his last three games. 

Zay Jones  (Recommended FAAB: 7% of overall budget) 

The Jacksonville Jaguars WR recorded eight receptions on 12 targets for 77 yards and a touchdown against the Tennessee Titans. He earned double-digit targets for the third time in four games.

Chris Moore  (Recommended FAAB: 3% of overall budget) 

The Houston Texans WR had 10 receptions on 11 targets for 124 yards in his side’s loss vs the Dallas Cowboys. With Nico Collins and Brandin Cooks out, Moore doubled any other Texan in targets. 

Chuba Hubbard  (Recommended FAAB: 3% of overall budget) 

The Carolina Panthers RB rushed 14 times for 74 yards and a touchdown in his side’s game vs Seattle Seahawks. He now has 31 carries in last two starts.

Elijah Moore (Recommended FAAB: 3% of overall budget) 

The New York Jets WR caught six of his 10 targets for 60 yards against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. With Corey Davis out, Moore reached 10 targets for the first time this season. 

Jameson Williams  (Recommended FAAB: 3% of overall budget) 

The Detroit Lions WR caught one of his two targets for 41 yards and scored his first career touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings. 

Marquise Goodwin  (Recommended FAAB: 2% of overall budget) 

The Seattle Seahawks WR caught five of his six targets for 95 yards and a touchdown against the Carolina Panthers. His longest catch of the day was a 38-yard reception.

Jeff Driskel (Recommended FAAB: 2% of overall budget) 

The Houston Texans TE completed four of six passes for 38 yards and a touchdown against the Dallas Cowboys. He added 36 rushing yards on seven carries. 

Demarcus Robinson (Recommended FAAB: 2% of overall budget) 

The Baltimore Ravens WR recorded five receptions on six targets for 52 yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He led the team in receptions and yards. 

Ben Skowronek  (Recommended FAAB: 2% of overall budget) 

The Los Angeles Rams WR caught seven of his eight targets for 89 yards in his team’s win over the Las Vegas Raiders. He was mostly quiet until the final two possessions of the game.

Noah Brown  (Recommended FAAB: 1% of overall budget) 

The Dallas Cowboys WR caught four of his six targets for 85 yards against the Houston Texans. He made a 18-yard catch to set up Zeke’s game-winning TD. 

Boston Scott  (Recommended FAAB: 1% of overall budget) 

The Philadelphia Eagles RB rushed six times for 33 yards and a touchdown against the New York Giants on Sunday. 

Chigoziem Okonkwo  (Recommended FAAB: 1% of overall budget) 

The Tennessee Titans TE recorded six receptions on as many targets for 45 yards and a touchdown against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He finished third in his team in terms of targets. 

Marlon Mack  (Recommended FAAB: 1% of overall budget) 

The Denver Broncos RB had three rushes for 15 yards in his team’s loss vs the Kansas City Chiefs. He also had two receptions for 62 yards and a touchdown against his name. 

Amari Rodgers  (Recommended FAAB: 1% of overall budget) 

The Houston Texans WR scored his first career touchdown against the Dallas Cowboys. He recorded four receptions on five targets for 57 yards.

Trenton Irwin  (Recommended FAAB: 1% of overall budget) 

The Cincinnati Bengals WR caught both his targets for 58 yards and a touchdown against the Cleveland Browns. With Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd out, Irwin ran empty routes playing No 2 to Ja’Marr Chase.
