Pittsburgh Steelers fans expressed their frustration with Offensive Coordinator Matt Canada in a loud and clear manner during Monday night’s game against the Cleveland Browns. The dissatisfaction became evident after a failed Kenny Pickett option play on third and 1, with fans at Acrisure Stadium chanting “Fire Canada!” so loudly that it was audible on ESPN’s broadcast.

The Steelers’ offense has faced significant challenges in recent weeks, with the defense even outscoring the offense. The defense took the lead with an Alex Highsmith strip-sack, followed by a T.J. Watt scoop-and-score. After forcing a punt, the Steelers had just under five minutes to go in the game.

However, the offense struggled on the next three plays, with Najee Harris gaining only one yard, Jaylen Warren managing eight yards on a counter play, and Kenny Pickett suffering an injury on an unfortunate third-and-1 play.

The Steelers’ running game continued to face difficulties, and aside from a 71-yard touchdown by WR George Pickens, the passing game also struggled.

As the game reached the two-minute warning, Pittsburgh held onto a narrow 26-21 lead, leaving fans and analysts alike questioning the team’s offensive performance and the future of Offensive Coordinator Matt Canada.
