The title of the %u2018Dance Plus Telugu%u2019 along with the prize money of Rs 20 lakh was given to Sanket Sahadev, a 22-year-old from Andhra Pradesh. The very first season of the %u2018Dance Plus Telugu%u2019 started in December 2020 and was telecast on the Star Maa channel.

The show started with 13 contestants and only six deserving finalists made it to the grand finale. Sanket Sahadev was competing with other finalists like Jiya Thakur, Vasitony Crew, Darjeeling Devils, Niveditha, and Team Velocity. The finale of the show took place on Sunday, May 23rd.
Since the beginning of the show, Sanket Sahadev was one of the favorite contestants of the audience.
