Kobe Bryant’s daughter Natalia gets restraining order against alleged stalker Dwayne Cortez Toliver Kemp

Natalia Bryant, the eldest daughter of late basketball legend Kobe Bryant, has been granted a three-year restraining order against her alleged stalker, Dwayne Cortez Toliver Kemp, according to TMZ. The 32-year-old month has allegedly stalking Natalia in the last few months, and she has regarded Kemp’s behaviour as “unsettling”.

Natalia said that Kemp had made contact with her beautician and wanted to pay for services she had opted for.

The 19-year-old had said in court, “He was in love with me. He wanted to make love to me. He wanted to be together,” further adding, “I was in fear, for the longest time, that if I did block him, he would act in rage or get angry”.

Nick Sanchez, Natalia’s attorney who spoke to TMZ, said that the judge did find Kemp dangerous enough to issue a three-year restraining order against the latter. Kemp now has to stay at least 200 yards away from the 19-year-old, her car, home, school, and sorority house.

Natalia had earlier (November 22) got a temporary restraining order against Kemp, who she alleges had first contacted her two years ago. In 2021, Kemp had allegedly sent her a message that read, “Thankful For Him Birthing You, Hopefully We Can Birth Him… ‘Kobe.’”

Kemp cannot carry or buy any firearm as long as the restraining order is valid. The Los Angeles court that has granted the order has given him a time period of 24 hours to hand over any firearm that he possesses. Since Kemp works as a security personnel, he does carry registered firearms. In her court documents, Natalia had referred to Kemp as a “gun enthusiast”.
