A sanitation worker was fatally shot on the 3300 hundred block of Tudor Street in Holmesburg, Philadelphia, at 10 am on Friday. The Philadelphia Police Department officials told Fox 9 that they are investigating the incident.

The victim was a 35-year-old man who worked in sanitation for the last five years. The police say that he was shot multiple times.

Danielle Outlaw, the Philadelphia police commissioner, spoke at the scene briefly and said that he believes the shooting is not a random incident. He added that no arrests have been made so far and the murder weapon is yet to be recovered.

The investigation is currently underway at Rowland Street, Tudor Avenue.
