- WWE has confirmed that Roman Reigns will be a part of the Friday Night Smackdown in Canada on August 19
- Reigns will face Drew McIntyre, who has challenged him for the Undisputed Universal Championship
- Reigns will also make an appearance in a live event in Canada
The WWE is set to make its comeback in Canada and is slated to host Raw, Smackdown and other events in the country. The Friday Night Smackdown in the ongoing week will see the beginning of the WWE action in the country, which will take place on August 19.
Roman Reigns, who is one of the most-followed superstars of the WWE since his return to the ring in August 2020, has been absent from several shows in the last couple of months. This has resulted in troubled thoughts for the WWE fans in Canada.

While the Head of the Table is not known to defend his titles regularly and is not part of the weekly shows, this has forced the fans to think about whether or not Reigns will be part of the show on Friday. However, it has since been confirmed that Roman Reigns will be a part of the Friday Night Smackdown in Canada and will reach the country soon.
The WWE has already confirmed that his segment will be on display during the smackdown, where he will be facing off against Drew McIntyre. Drew, 37, will be challenging Roman Reigns for the Undisputed Universal Championship when they take on each other at Clash at the Castle.
Apart from the Friday Night Smackdown, Roman Reigns will also be seen performing at a live event, however, has not been part of the advertisement for the second event.

Reigns have been part of the advertisement for a TV appearance ahead of the live event. However, he is also not part of the Smackdown advertising. It is also expected that Roman Reigns might lose one of his titles to Drew, who is also a former WWE champion and makes regular appearances on television and live events.
WWE is also set to host the Raw in Canada, where Edge will be making a comeback for the first time since February 2021. Edge will be facing Damian Priest in the event. Apart from Edge, Riddle, Bayley, Seth Rollins and Riddle are the other superstars who will also be making appearances in the Raw.
