Houston-based Instagram influencer Fan-Pei Koung has taken an unconventional approach to humanitarian aid in war-torn Ukraine. Amid the ongoing conflict with Russia, Koung has found her niche as an “emotional support stripper” for Ukrainian soldiers and volunteers, NY Post reported.

Who is Fan-Pei Koung?

According to her Behance account bio, she is a Miss Taiwanese American Princess 2015, artist, and model. She has deferred attending Yale University and has achieved notable accomplishments such as winning first place in a NASA hackathon and receiving a $2,500 painting commission.

The 33-year-old influencer created a free OnlyFans account, specifically catering to Ukrainian soldiers and volunteers, where she identifies herself as a “globe-trotting girlfriend, now volunteering in Kharkiv.”

Koung’s OnlyFans account features videos of her performing stripteases while air raid sirens blare in the background, as well as shirtless photos of her posing with rocket launchers. Despite the risqué nature of her content, she states that the proceeds from her account are directed towards her humanitarian efforts on the ground in Ukraine.

Her volunteer work began in November 2022 when she traveled to Ukraine to assist refugees. Initially working at women’s shelters and orphanages in Lviv, located far from the front lines in western Ukraine, Koung decided to take a more direct approach to aid those in need, particularly the military.

Her work in the volatile eastern Donbas region involves providing water to those living in towns devastated by bombings and offering emotional support to English-speaking soldiers as she learns Ukrainian. Koung has also stated that she provides “free emotional breastfeeding to soldiers and volunteers” and helps distribute cash donations to Ukrainian civilians in need.

Koung humorously refers to her approach as “soft core diplomacy,” emphasizing her ability to connect with people on a personal level during times of conflict. While some critics have disapproved of her lighthearted approach, she maintains that addressing the emotional needs of people during times of war is a crucial aspect of their well-being.

Throughout her volunteer work, Koung has formed various romantic relationships with men she has met in Ukraine, including a Ukrainian drone operator, a power plant worker, and two information technology workers. She has also connected with an international fighter from the United Kingdom who had experienced casualties in Donbas and sought comfort and companionship.

While her actions have received criticism from some Western volunteers who disapprove of her methods, Koung remains steadfast in her belief that she is providing a vital service to soldiers that is often overlooked.
