Paul Kolbe, a former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Operations Officer and Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School Belfer Center, has been appointed to the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) “Homeland Intelligence Experts Group.” This newly established group comprises 17 members from various sectors, tasked with providing advice and perspectives on intelligence and national security efforts.
