Atlanta Hawks rallied past Indiana Pacers on Monday night and sealed the victory with a score of 132-123. Bogdan Bogdanovic’s performance pushed the Hawks’ total score for a struggled win.

Bogdan Bogdanovic scored 29 points on Monday night and was supported by Clint Capela and Kevin Heurter, both of whom had the second highest tally of 22 points. Trae Young scored 14, in addition to three rebounds and 16 assists against the Pacers.

Buddy Hield scored 26 points for the Pacers, who have lost four consecutive games and are out of playoff contention. Tyrese Haliburton scored 25 points with 13 assists. Keifer Sykes added 16 points for Indiana, hitting 4 of 6 3-pointers.

Atlanta Hawks shot 54.7% overall while Indiana made 52.3%. The Hawks had 40-28 rebounding edge and committed 13 turnovers, one less than the Pacers. The Pacers narrowed the deficit to 94-88 with 3:11 left in the third quarter, but the Hawks led 102-90 when the quarter ended, according to reports from Associated Press.

While the game looked one-sided for Atlanta Hawks up until the end of the third quarter, the Pacers tried to pull ahead at the last moment and even came close. The gap was closed to 121-112, however, the Hawks’ boosted defense prevented the Pacers from gaining a lead.

The Pacers had only eight players available. Oshae Brissett warmed up but was ruled out before the game with a sore back.

Atlanta led by as many as 18 points in the first half and was ahead 74-63 at halftime.

At the end of the game, the Pacers had a total of 22 personal fouls while the Hawks were not far with a tally of 19. 

Atlanta Hawks will now face Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday while Indiana Pacers gear up for their game against Denver Nuggets.
