A special CBI court on Wednesday fixed September 30 for judgment in the 28-year-old Babri Masjid demolition case, reported ANI.
All the 32 accused, including former deputy Prime Minister LK Advani, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) stalwarts Murli Manohar Joshi, Kalyan Singh and Uma Bharti have been told to be present during the judgment.
The three key BJP leaders are accused of conspiracy that led to the demolition of the 15th Century mosque on December 6, 1992.

Advani had recorded his statement in the mosque demolition case before the special CBI court through video conference on July 24. Joshi recorded his statement a day before Advani. Both have denied all charges against them.
CBI counsel Lalit Singh told PTI that arguments of the defence and prosecution concluded on September 1 and thereafter the special judge started writing the judgment. The CBI has produced 351 witnesses and about 600 documentary evidence before the court.
