Cameron Green, playing his fourth T20I game, made the fastest fifty against India. The all-rounder, opening in the third game of the series at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad, smashed Jasprit Bumrah for 16 runs in five balls.
Green brought his second T20I fifty in 19 balls. The Aussie hit seven boundaries and three maximums during his 21-ball stay at the crease. He made 52 runs.

The 23-year-old went after India’s Jasprit Bumrah in the third over of the first innings. He smashed the premier pacer for two sixes and one four.

Australia were 115/5 in the 13th over.
Bumrah was introduced in the third over. After giving one run in the first two balls, the Indian pacer was smashed for a boundary on the third.
The paver went full outside off and Green, looking to drive, struck the ball with the inner half of the bat. It rushed wide of mid-on for a boundary.

Cameron Green then shuffled a long way across to paddle Bumrah’s good length delivery. He missed. On the very next ball, the Aussie all-rounder managed to pick a slower ball, full and wide, for a six over long-on.
On the sixth ball of the over, Bumrah dragged the length back. Green went across and pulled it over square leg for a six.
Bumrah went for 17 runs in his first over. Green brought his half-century soon.
