Gold prices remained stable on Wednesday as investors
assessed missed signals including a weak dollar, rising treasury yields and
hawkish commentary from the Federal Reserve. The yellow metal has had a tepid
week so far, paring moderate gains as the greenback’s strengths fades slightly.
The US dollar remains a headwind as the Federal Reserve pursues an aggressive
monetary policy to control inflation.
