For the big day, Payal donned a red bridal lehenga. She complimented the look by adding red chooda bangles. Her blouse had a V-shaped deep neckline with golden embroidery, especially on the sleeves. She paired the lehenga with a heavy necklace, long earrings, a maang-tikka and a nose ring. What was striking about her look was that she ditched the heavy bridal makeup. She chose a natural and subtle look. Her makeup comprised of a simple lip shade and an overall dewy look.

Her groom, Sangram Singh complemented her in an ivory-coloured sherwani set with silk churidar bottoms and a matching turban. Both Payal and Sangram’s wedding outfits were from the label Asopalav India.

Payal opted for an all-white look for her sangeet night. She wore a white lehenga with white bottom and a matching V-neck blouse. Sangam wore a kurta with a bandhgala jacket, with churidar bottoms.

She chose an olive-brown embellished lehenga with floral jewellery for her mehendi. A picture of her look was posted on her Instagram page with the caption, “Trust the process. Your time will come”.

“A woman’s most precious jewel is the man she marries,” read another caption which was a couple of pictures in which Sangram was seen wearing a midnight blue traditional kurta-pyjama set, with a mirror work jacket.
