No Indian wedding would be complete without delicious food! The wedding reception for Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will be no different, with a variety of food dishes planned for the guests.

The best dishes from Indian and Italian cuisine, including Karahi Paneer, Tandoori Kulche, Dal Makhani, Navratan Biryani, Mausami Subzian, Apricot Stuffed Kofta, Lasagna Siciliano, and Burrani Raita, would be served to visitors, according to a food menu obtained by ANI.

Desserts are an essential part of every meal, and the guests at the Bhagwat Mann wedding will have access to a selection of mouthwatering treats like Fresh Fruit Triffle, Moong Dal Halwa, Shahi Tukda, Angoori Rasmalai, and Dry Fruit Rabari. Salads of all varieties will be offered, so health-conscious diners won’t be let down either.

Today, Bhagwant Mann will wed Dr. Gurpreet Kaur in a discreet ceremony at his Chandigarh home. Nearly six years ago, Mann and his first wife got divorced.

Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi and the national convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), will attend the wedding with his family. A minister or other important figures have not been invited to the ceremony, though. According to rumours, Bhagwant Mann’s mother wanted him to get married.

Inderpreet Kaur, his ex-wife, and their kids live in the USA. His son Dilshan Mann (17) and daughter Seerat Kaur Mann (21) had travelled here from the US to witness his swearing-in ceremony on March 16 of this year. (ANI)

The wedding was a private event, according to Malvinder Singh Kang, chief spokesperson for AAP’s Punjab branch.

Only family members, including Arvind Kejriwal, chief minister of Delhi, Mann’s sister, relatives, and a few other close friends,  attended the wedding, according to sources.
