One of the many actors in Don’t Worry Darling, Kiki Layne, has said that most of the scenes she and co-star Ari’el Stachel shot were cut from the film. This comes after the Olivia Wilde-directed movie, which debuted in theaters nationwide over the weekend.
Layne portrayed the role of Margaret and she posted several behind-the-scenes photos of herself and Satchel on the set on Instagram.
“The best thing about #DontWorryDarling is that I was lucky enough to meet @arielstachel. They cut us from most of the movie, but we thriving in real life,” she captioned.
With four red heart emojis, she wrote “Love you, Ari”
Stachel commented: “My love. You are a queen and your talent shines so bright. I was thirsty then and I’m thirsty now.”

The plot of the movie absolutely depends on Margaret, especially for Alice’s own revelation of the Victory Project’s sinister origins. Margaret is frequently mentioned in conversation throughout the movie, even when she is not on screen. However, it is true that Layne, and especially Stachel, don’t get much screen time or dialogue.
