Rock N Roll legend Tina Turner has died at the age of 83 after suffering from a long illness, as said by her representatives. She passed away peacefully at her home in Küsnacht, near Zurich, Switzerland.

Tina Turner married to Singer Ike Turner in 1962 and divorced him in 1978. She accused Ike of physical, mental and sexual assault. In 2013, Tina married Erwin Bach and settled in Switzerland.

As per media sources, Ike married 14 times in his lifetime, and one of his wives was Lorraine Taylor.

Who was Lorraine Taylor?

Lorraine Taylor got recognition after marrying Ike Turner. She is one of many late musicians’ wives. Taylor and Turner were married for several years and had two adorable children, Ike Turner Jr. and Michael Turner, during their marriage. In 1979, Lorraine and Ike separated.

Tina Turner after marrying Ike Turner adopted Ike Turner Jr. and Michael Turner and raised them as her own. 

As per multiple reports, Lorraine Turner shot herself in the bathroom as she suspected that Anna Mae and Ike were having an affair.

Ike had multiple marriages, but Tina Turner was the only one who got a lot of media attention. Tina and Ike together paved the stepping stone in the world of Rock N Roll despite the major differences in their personal life.

Tina had a rich life in his career, as she always enjoyed a top position. In the 1980s, Turner won six of her eight Grammy Awards. During the decade, she had a dozen Top 40 hits, including “Typical Male,” “The Best,” “Private Dancer,” and “Better Be Good to Me.” In 1988, her performance in Rio de Janeiro drew 180,000 people, making it one of the largest concert audiences ever for a single performer.
