Home exercising is fine but if you are itching to head back into the motivating atmosphere a gym provides, make sure you are carrying the five must-have essentials that have become a necessity especially after COVID-19. After all, a big room filled with sweaty people breathing heavily won’t be considered normal anymore.

Hand sanitizer: A must-have item in our bags after coronavirus, a hand sanitizer is the need of the hour. Take out the bottle whenever you want and squeeze a little on when you start exercising to protect others and repeat on the way back to your car. 

Sanitizing wipes: Using wipes on communal equipment was a practice before COVID-19 and we’re guessing it’s going to stick around even more after the pandemic.
