The Chicago Bears took on the Washington Commanders in the opening game of Week 6 at Soldier Field in Chicago, which resulted in the visitors, emerging victorious in a closely fought game.

This week had some major surprises as three of the four major NFL’s power ranking teams lost. Tampa Bay lost to Pittsburgh, Green Bay suffered defeat against the New York Jets while Buffalo took revenge for their defeat in the playoffs last season against the Kansas City Chiefs.

There were some great performances from the tight ends this week. From Mike Gesicki to Robert Tanyon, all fared well in Week 6. Let’s have a look at the top tight ends from the week.

1) Mike Gesicki (Miami Dolphins)

The Dolphins tight end was splendid on a night when his side suffered a defeat against the high-flying Minnesota Vikings. Gesicki took the scoring pressure on his head, ending the night with two touchdowns in six receptions for 69 yards.

2) Mark Andrews (Baltimore Ravens)

The ever-reliant Andrews was once again instrumental in running the Ravens’ offense which was rather quiet against New York Giants. Giants held the Ravens to just 20 points. Andrews in the game received a passing TD for a total of seven receptions and 106 yards.

3) Travis Kelce (Kansas City Chiefs)

The record-breaking tight end, Kelce, had a rather interesting night in defeat to the Buffalo Bills when he registered a total of 108 yards in eight receptions but couldn’t help the team with a TD.
