Rafael Nadal made history at Rod Laver Arena on Sunday, winning the coveted Australian Open men’s singles Grand Slam for the second time, overcoming a two-set deficit against Daniil Medvedev.

The 35-year-old won the Australian Open after 13 years and the internet exploded with applause after this feat.

The Australian Open official Twitter handle celebrated with a post, calling Nadal the ‘Grand Slam King’.
